With a combined four decades of corporate, consulting, agency and volunteer experience, Gene Endicott and Trisa Endicott have the perspective, skills and relationships needed to creatively and effectively address a wide range of client needs. Throughout their careers, they have achieved positive and tangible results for high-tech companies, government agencies, trade associations, real estate development firms, and non-profit organizations.
Gene Endicott provides government relations, media relations, community relations, and strategic communications consulting services in the Sacramento region, San Francisco Bay Area, and Southern California for companies, government agencies, and associations. Gene's work is focused on real estate development and he has played a key role in local-government approval of projects totaling more than 15,000 housing units, and 4.5-million square feet of commercial and employment uses. Before launching his consulting practice in 2006, Gene helped three global companies develop and effectively implement local, state, national, and international public affairs programs. He has developed a large network of public-sector, private-sector, media, and non-profit relationships throughout California, and his primary public-policy interests and experience include land use and transportation.
Gene previously was vice president at Ziegler Associates, where he handled several real-estate development, technology, and health care projects. Prior to joining Ziegler in July 2005, Gene served for six years as the first Global Public Affairs director for Agilent Technologies, and for four years as Public Affairs manager for Hewlett-Packard in Roseville, Calif. He began his career in the Public Relations department at Bechtel Group, Inc., in San Francisco, and holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.

Trisa Endicott has spent more than 20 years in the corporate internal communications field, with a focus on human resources, training, and leadership communications. Trisa previously was an Internal Communications manager at Hewlett-Packard. During her 15-year tenure with HP, Trisa developed internal communication strategies and implementation plans for dozens of HP businesses and functions. She also produced a variety of communication products, including online, and hard-copy newsletters, internal websites, presentation materials, and brochures. Trisa holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Northwestern University and began her career while still a college student in the Corporate Communications department at Kraft Foods, Inc., in Glenview, Ill., and the University Relations department at Northwestern.
